Our Weight Management Conditioning Program℠ offers a comprehensive workout with an emphasis on building core strength. We believe that by building a strong core -- abdominals and glute muscles — you will burn more calories. The stronger these large muscles become the more that you will use them and the more calories that you will burn.
Our Weight Management Program will slim the waist, legs, and arms while building a better posture. This 45-minute program includes resistance training, flexibility training, core training, cardio training and balance training.
