Our Hike Conditioning Workout℠ offers a comprehensive workout to address the physical demands of hiking—hike farther, faster, and get in better shape so that after your hike you have the energy to enjoy the rest of the day. Before you hit the trail, make sure your body is ready. Even if you're in great shape, hiking can cause soreness in muscles you never knew you had.
Our Hike Conditioning Program will address the physical demands of Hiking. This 40-minute program includes resistance training, flexibility training, core training, cardio training and balance training. This program will help prepare your muscles for hiking. Plus, when your muscles and joints are strong, you're less likely to injure yourself. Our clients have found that they can climb hills with more power, that they can hike farther with greater endurance and that they have less back and joint pain.
