What is unique about the Boomer Fitness Bfit for General Conditioning℠?
We are unique in many ways:
- We provide a General Conditioning Workout, not just a room full of equipment. The General Workout will provide a total body workout that will address strength, flexibility, cardio, and balance.
- Our workouts are customized for you. There are not two people here doing the same workout.
- Every member is given a fitness assessment so that we can better understand muscle imbalances and can design a program that will eliminate any imbalances.
- With a focus on improving core strength we can help you gain more energy and better protect your back.
- A fitness consultant will be on the floor at all times to help ensure you are using the equipment correctly and to help motivate you.
- Because our workouts are ever-changing, we keep it fresh and maximize your body's performance
- For most fitness facilities, flexibility is an afterthought. They typically provide a mat in the corner. We offer 15 different stations with each station dedicated to a specific stretch.
