How often do I need to do each
workout?

How often do I need to do each
workout?
The General, Golf, and Tennis workouts take 30 minutes, while the
Sprint Workout takes only 15 minutes. We recommend that you perform
the workouts 3 times per week for best results. However, you are
welcome to come as often as you like. If you are up for it, we
would recommend that you consider a 4th workout each week that
includes stretching only.
What is a rotating station?
There are over 40 exercise stations at Boomer Fitness. We change
the workout weekly to keep the workout fresh. The rotating station
is a station that will house a different exercise each month. The
exercise will be highlighted at the front desk and at the station
itself.
How do you keep the workouts
fresh?
We change the workouts several ways. First, we have rotating stations that vary month to month. Second, the workout has a different focus each month rotating between endurance & stability and strength & power. As the focus changes so do the exercises.
