Arleen Cauchi, NASM CPT
Founder and CEO
Arleen began her love of sports at the age of 9 when she began playing both golf and tennis. She learned the game of golf from the legendary Harold "Jug" McSpaden (Byron Nelson and McSpaden were referred to as the "Gold Dust Twins"). Arleen played both golf and tennis throughout her school years and competed in the Junior PGA.
Arleen acquired her business acumen during her 20-year career in high-tech. During these years she launched over 20 products and new business services from conception to market working for such companies as Novell, TWA, Wall Data, and BrightStar.
Arleen provides corporate seminars on sports-conditioning. She also
writes regular columns and articles on golf and tennis conditioning for several club newsletters and health and wellness web sites. She enjoys coaching track, volleyball and soccer.
Arleen has taken extensive training in sports conditioning, personal training, flexibility training, Pilates, and exercises for the active aging.
When she is not working at Boomer Fitness or playing with her 8-year old son, she enjoys biking, skiing, running, golf and tennis.
