Hand Rehab Associates is a private therapy practice specializing in hand, upper extremity and shoulder injuries. Our specialized staff are physical or occupational therapists with advanced certification in upper extremity therapy and ergonomics. Our goal is to return patients to their maximum level of pain free function at home, at work and at play.

Spectrum Orthopedic Sport Therapy
Ken Burns, PT, CSCS is the founder of Spectrum Orthopedic Sport Therapy here in San Carlos. He holds degrees in Kinesiology / Exercise Science and Physical Therapy. He has been in practice for more than 15 years in the fields of physical therapy and sport rehabilitation. He applies a biomechanical, functional and sport specific approach when assessing and treating his patients and athletes. He is a member of the APTA Orthopedic Section and National Strength and Conditioning Association. When not working, Ken enjoys time with his family and training for competitive road and mountain bike racing.
